How do I use it?
The RIMBALZINO PRO is developed for Floor Exercise, Velcroed upon a carpeted surface.
Useful for punch strengthening circuits as well as shoulder blocking drills, but especially for learning new skills and tumbling passes. Examples would be: leaps, jumps, isolated acrobatic saltos, front/back flips, punching in place, and tumbling passes.
